Jim has directed the growth of CompResults from a local MCO organization to a multi-state regional program. He has a very strong commitment to quality care and customer service, which continually puts the clients’ needs in the forefront

He has more than 19 years of professional experience including workers’ compensation claims adjusting and underwriting, occupational medicine clinic billing, and professional accounting and finance. His experience in both small operations and Fortune 500 companies has instilled a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, which is reflected in his relationship with clients.

He has over 20 years of experience in the managed care field, in both group health and workers’ compensation environments. Additionally, Jay spent several years as a business process consultant helping clients support their customers more effectively through process improvements and the utilization of business intelligence tools. This experience was vital in leading the development of a Case Management and Utilization Review application that is utilized by several managed care firms today. Jay’s focus is on helping clients achieve the best outcomes for their injured workers by implementing best-in-class medical management programs. Additionally, Jay is heavily involved in Legislative and Regulatory activities with the State of California

Julie came to CompAlliance in 2009 with a wealth of managed care experience specific to case management services and is responsible for all inquires and oversight of our case management services. Julie’s attention to detail and customer service is reflected in the annual retention and continued growth of our case management clients.

Bob oversees the Sales and Marketing Team for the ever-expanding CompAlliance brand. He has a long record of successfully assisting companies within the workers’ compensation industry to grow into prominent national entities, without losing the commitment to customer service and ability to tailor services to meet the client’s individual needs. Bob began his career with a national carrier in claims management before transitioning to managed care. Because of this experience, he understands the needs of the TPA, Insurance company and employer for goal-directed care with an emphasis on medically appropriate and timely RTW.

Prior to CompAlliance, Linda was a principal at a regional case management company based primarily in Missouri and Illinois. Linda assists with development of new services and products. She presents on multiple topics related to the workers’ compensation industry at national and regional conferences and will also present these topics at your place of employment. Her passion is working with our clients to address the opioid epidemic impacting the workers’ compensation industry.

With more than 12 years of experience in HR, she provides a depth of expertise in all areas of human resources especially common to small and mid-sized businesses. Before joining CompAlliance, Erin was the Vice President of HR and Operations for an HR Outsourcing firm in Kansas City. While there she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business including direct oversight of client service, business development, operations, finance/accounting, compliance, and staff leadership.

With more than 12 years of experience in technology, he provides expertise and guidance in running a high performing technical organization. The technical team was awarded the Top 20 Workflow Solution Provider by CIOReview in 2018, and Magnum received the IAIABC NextGen award in 2019. Before joining CompAlliance, Magnum oversaw several departments for a fortune 300 company based out of Springfield, Missouri. While there he was responsible for the day-to-day technical operations and budget, project management, pricing, and inventory control.
