When other companies help us conduct business, we expect them to follow applicable privacy laws. We do not authorize them to use or share PI except when necessary to conduct the work they are performing for us or to meet regulatory or other governmental requirements.

How is your information protected?

The confidentiality and security of your information is very important to us. Our internal confidentiality and security policies limit access to your personal information to only those who need it for purposes of the services we provide or are provided to us. Access to our company offices are through a locked entrance and the information on our computer systems is encrypted and stored on cloud-based servers. We train our staff on our privacy and security policies annually. Whenever new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. We also provide updates and reminders in our employee newsletters regarding privacy and security policies. We have developed disaster recovery plans and test our system integrity regularly. Keep in mind, that despite these efforts no security system can be perfect.

Obtaining a Copy of Information

You can inspect and obtain a copy of certain PI. We may charge a fee for the costs of copying, mailing, labor, and supplies related to your request. We may deny your request to inspect or copy in some situations. You may ask us to amend your personal information if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete. You must provide us with a reason that supports your request. We may deny your request if the information is accurate, or as otherwise allowed by law.
