Here are the class descriptions for this week.
Tuesday, June 30th – Antidote to Sitting
This 30-minute class focuses on opening across the chest and collarbone area, lengthening the spine and opening the front of the hips to counteract what happens to our posture as we sit at our desks, in our homes and cars. Expect to feel more clarity and an energy boost.
Thursday, July 2nd – Creating Ease in the Neck and Shoulders
Our necks and shoulders tend to be a place where we hold stress causing stiffness or soreness. This class focuses on poses to release tension in these areas and also on ways to perform poses to care for neck and shoulders. This practice should help you feel a sense of comfort, relaxation and patience. (30-minute practice)
